Dr. J.Padmini is Professor and Head in the Department of Management Studies, Valliammai Engineering College. She is Undergraduate in Arts, PG in Management and Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour/ Management from Madras University.

She has over 14 years of teaching experience in VGP School of Management, Mohammed Sathak College to name a few. Her teaching interests include HRM, OB and ED. She has presented papers in National and International Conferences and has a few publications to her credit. Under her able guidance the department has successfully conducted national conferences, FDP etc.

Dr. Radha Ganesh Kumar is an Associate Professor with over 14 years of teaching experience. She received her Undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Pondicherry Engineering College, and PG in Management from GRG School of Management Studies, Coimbatore. She received her M.Phil degree from Alagappa University and Ph. D. in Management from Alagappa University. She has completed the lead auditor program in ISO.

She has served in Velammal College of Management and Computer Studies and Sathyabama University. She has presented papers in National and International Conferences and has a few publications to her credit. She handles different subjects like Total Quality Management, Applied operations research, Security and Portfolio Management. She has coordinated national conferences, FDPs, and workshops. She has been involved in funded research projects also.

Suresh Mallya is an Associate Professor with over 13 years of teaching experience and 15 years of extensive industrial experience. He is an Undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering in Honours from N.S.S. College of Engineering, Calicut, PG in Management in First Rank from Cochin University of Science & Technology, PG in Foreign Trade from Pondicherry University and M. Phil in Management from Alagappa University. Currently he is pursuing Ph. D. in Management at Dr. MGR University, Chennai.

He has served Electrical industry and Automobile industry in Production, Marketing and Sales for Premier Cable Company Ltd., Kerala and IPBM Ltd, Chennai. He signed off his corporate career and switched over to academics. He has taught in academic institutions like National Institute of Sales, and K.C.G. College of Technology. He has been actively associated with management education by giving lectures, and handling elective subjects in finance and marketing, with emphasis on industrial applications. His teaching interests include international business and corporate finance. He has presented papers in National and International Conferences.

Dr. K. Sentamilselvan is an Assistant Professor (Sr.G). He did his Undergraduate in Arts from Madras University, PG in Management and Ph. D in Marketing from Annamalai University. He has over 16 years of teaching experience in VRS College of Engineering & Technology and Valliammai Engineering College.

His area of interest includes marketing, international business etc. He has contributed papers in National and International Conferences and has a few publications to his credit. He has participated in FDPs too. He acts as a resource person for Distance education offered by Anna University.

Dr. K. Latha is an Assistant Professor (Sr.G). She has received her Undergraduate degree in Science from Ethiraj College, PG in Arts from Presidency College, PG degree in Management and M. Phil in Public affairs, from Madras University. She has secured the Second rank in Madras Universty. She did her Ph. D in Management Sciences from Madras University. She has over 11 years of teaching experience in Sri Ram College and Valliammai Engineering College. She has presented papers in National and International Conferences. She has coordinated a national conference. She holds the position of Management Representative (ISO) in VEC.

Mrs. Sujatha is an Assistant Professor (Sr.G). She has received her Undergraduate degree in Commerce and PG in Management from Bharathiar University, and M. Phil in Management from Alagappa University. Currently, she is pursuing Ph. D in Finance in Manonmanium Sundaranar University.

She has over 10 years of teaching experience in Sri Ramu College, VLB Janakiammal College, and CBM College, Coimbatore. She has also served in S.A. Engineering College, Chennai. She has presented papers in National and International Conferences. She has coordinated a national conference. She is the ISO coordinator for the department. She teaches electives in finance.

Mr. Viswaprakash is an Assistant Professor (O.G). He has received his Undergraduate degree in Computer Applications and PG in Management from SRM Arts & Science College, with additional qualifications as M. Phil, M. Com and M. Sc (IT).

He has over 2 years of teaching experience in Srinivasa Institute of Engineering & Technology and Valliammai Engineering College. He has over 3 years industrial experience to his credit. He teaches subjects in marketing and finance. He has presented papers in National and International Conferences. He has participated in FDPs too.

Mr. Saravanan, Assistant Professor (O.G), is Undergraduate in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Santhosha Engineering College and PG in Management from Sathyabama University. He has around 1 year of teaching experience in Valliammai Engineering College. He has over 2 years of industrial experience in HDFC Bank Ltd as Assistant Manager. He teaches subjects like strategic human Resource Management and development, Operations management etc. He has participated in FDPs too. His area of interest includes study of movement of share prices of companies.

Mr. Dilip is an Assistant Professor (O.G), with Undergraduation in Commerce from Madras University and PG in Management from SRM School of Management. He has over 2 years of teaching experience in Green Valley Community College as lecturer and academic coordinator. He has over 2 years of industrial experience in ICICI Direct as Relationship manager and Reliance Money as Associate Centre manager. He teaches subjects like Service Marketing, Organizational Behavior etc. He has special interest in Entrepreneurship.
